Each of us have certain hours of the day that inspire us, what hour do
    you generally reach your zenith?

There is never an hour, things just pop into my head and i wrte them down, sometimes it seems it just writes itself. However my mind is in such a state of dissary i can't make sense of it.

Stephen King once said "I write because I have no other choice"

Is that the case with you?

i paint, i draw... i have terrible blocks when i'm stressed out... i seem to be stressed out a lot lately...

if i feel like painting with a certain color.. i go for it. some of my best things just flow out of me without my brain being to involved in the process.

i always liked the phrase " a writer always writes" i should really write more too.. i have a good imagination. did very well in creative writing classes as a high schooler...

It's probably just my brain trying to process whats going on and turn it into words.

I frequently do confuse the two. Oh, and when I started meditating at first I'd always get hornier than a mutha. Now, not so much. :cheers2:

I feel learning to spell common words helps me communicate more effectively as a writer.

But I'd have to be a jerk to say that aloud.

Okay then, I'll not be a dick and give you a real answer.

I expose myself to a new environment, one in which I have no roots in, and shock myself into being free from all the inhibitions which are keeping me from being creative.

Travel. Cut ties from what's keeping you free to be creative no matter how accustomed to it you are. That's my advice.
