I'm so happy to have found this section, I love baking breads of all kinds. I bake artisan style breads for a local restaurant and also enjoy baking from home. I have not had time to respond to any posts in the bread section but will happily do so when time allows, meantime happy baking!
The best bread I have had has been in France and Turkey. I love bread, but remember not to eat too much kids
The guy who taught me about bread baking was French and I learned alot of French style breads but what kind of bread did you have in Turkey. I only ask because I love to try and find different breads and or flours to experiment with.
