Hollywood is crowded as fuck, I live pretty close to it and hate going there for the most part. Just my opinion though. Why do you wanna move there?
Hollywood smells like different types of dope every 30 seconds you walk down the main street, from crack, to weed to police, also the streets have cops drive down every 10 seconds and the main parts have cameras, so if you're paranoid not the place to be. Anyways move to a loft in LA would probably be better less freaks and a cooler place, though I'd prefer somewhere just outside the LA area, or near it, like Santa Monica/barbra, or somewhere like that, and if you're a freak you can choose Hollyweird or Venice!
hollywood would probably be cool to check out, maybe try and get into a movie... even as an extra that would be freaking awesome
Holylwood is a great place to move..well it's pretty crowded and there are better parts. idk depends i guess but for the most part its a great location.
Hollywood is a terrible place to live. Whatever you imagine it is...it is actually the opposite. I live here in Hollywood and can't wait to get out. If you're a girl you basically cant leave your house without getting harassed by at least five jerks. Crazy cracked out people will follow you. It is nowhere near the beach. Everything costs twice as much as its worth. I could go on and on. Ultimately it's your choice but I'd recommend a different neighborhood like Los Feliz, Pasadena, or Santa Monica. Unless you're mega rich, white, 7 feet tall, and heartless.
Keep the concept you have of Hollywood in your mind, in your imagination. Maybe visit...someday. Sadly, H-wood is best left as a place in movies because in reality it's a bunch of tacky souvenir shops, scary street people that demand money, ghetto check cashing stores, and one huge Scientology building. The Walk of Fame (stars on the sidewalk) is pretty cool - if you don't get mugged while trying to see the stars. Back in the day, Hollywood must have been something special, but no more.
Unfortunatly This Is True, But Given Time It's Amazing How A District Can Change It's Image For The Better.... Cheers Glen.
