Your VW bus is my dream car. It really is. Of course, the downside is that I live in the UK.
I hope you have some luck trading!

I'm lacking any more money for restorations, so a trade is in order. there are few restorations left to do. mostly interior modifications. i just re-carpeted it, but other than that it has no rear interior.

12! i bought it for 2500, and with all the time and money i put into it im looking at the MOST 5000, but i would really like to trade someone for diesel.

this is one of the better busses ive seen in a while, thats why i picked it up, twas a steal! but im not looking to profit to much, i just need a dependable veggie oil drivin machine. i gotta get out of PA and west to Cali in a few months. im looking to stay/farm on a commune and wouldn't mind getting free gas on my way there.

You might want to check out www.thesamba.com and click on the classifieds. You can post it there for sale, but you might want to look around and check out prices on similar condition buses. a 1972 is a funky year, as its the first year of the more complex and expensive pancake engine but doesn't have an access hatch to work on said motor like the 73-79 models do.

that's a beautiful bus. i've been looking for one near me (right by san francisco) but they're all either not running or they're way too pricey for me.

hope you find someone to trade for it or buy it. if no one bites, i can make some offers... but i'm not sure how i'd get it to california.

I love your bus! Just to say. I can't buy it though.
