Bush still has a couple of years left to fuck things up. This includes starting more wars and passing bullshit bills. Is there anything stopping him from passing a bill that allows him to remain as president due to a state of war?

That would take a constitutional amendment. So, it would never happen.

Bush is an ass, but doesn't mean he can magically change the constitution. Considering all the states would have to ratify it, and then there is the Supreme Court.

he doesn't even have to get a bill through..... all he has to do is declare that america is officially at war..... and the constitution can be "suspended" during wartime....

    Scary eh?

You mean the same supreme court who disreagarding the legally elected president (Gore) and appointed jr.?
The same supreme court that owes their current jobs to rrr/papbush & babybush?

The only thing we can do is:
Elect dem's to reverse as best they can the damage bushco has done to our country.
    Throw jr. the hell out.

Except be warned--the current illegitimate president just might declare martial law and cancel the elections.

No, you're wrong, certain legal rights such as habeas corpus can be suspened, and restraining freedom of speech, but things like elections still go on and the constitution as a whole still applies.
