in a room with a trusted friend
in silence.
do not move around.
just sit, and let it flow.
5-10 minutes it will be gone.
it will be spiky, but there's no danger
just don't move tell your friend to shut up.
I smoke salvia alone.

 

I mean, don't do it standing over a glass table or something stupid like that.
Bed, sofa, grassy hill, beach, chya.
