Post offices don't open on sundays

Mail man always puts in another persons letters through mine. One time had tv licence debit details.
    Always rains
    NHS
    Youth terrorism
    Living under Blair
Not quite in the European community due to people wanting independence thus we never see the day that we get the Euro. Blair has no plans nor does Gordon Brown to intergrate us into the European currency.
Roadworks never get done. Look how long they took to do Vauxhall in London! Years.
    Congestion charge.
Mayor of London obsessed with the Nazi and pokes at those who prefer to pay cash fares.

This is one of the great things about Britain! Forward thinking environmentally conscious transport policy - in London at least. Can you imagine that happening in New York or LA?

The only shame is it covers such a small area and is only in one of our major cities so far. But it's a start:)

i don't believe this is as much about the environment as it is about the government trying to find yet more ways to get more money out of each and every one of us.

and as a side note, i'm saying that as someone who never goes into central london so never has to pay the congestion charge.

    tax, tax, and more tax

chavs/yobs whatever you want to call 'em

    footie hooligans

    no basketball

driving on the wrong side of the road, and spelling things with weird "u's" stuck in them (coloUr, humoUr, etc) or extra "e's" (programme) ;-)

True, they wouldn't be so gullible to accept revenue raising thinly cloaked in a green veil over there.

Footie Hooligans over here now ain't nearly as bad as in the 80's i believe, and not nearly as bad as other countries. Ok we might have started but we got it under control. Phoenix Indigo where do you live? coz where i am i can play basketball pretty much whenever i want.

worst thing about UK! errr i cant think, yeh i'll agree with public transport.

Someplace up north there is a Tesco every few hundred yards. They call it Tesco Town. Tesco is good for cheap shopping but it is like the Giant Hogweed of supermarkets.

I don't much care - if there's a tax which targets selfish people who are causing huge amounts of damage then it's fine by me whatever motives were behind its introduction. It's pretty irrelevant what those motives are when the effects of it are palpably beneficial to wider society and the tax targets those who are doing something which needs to be stopped. I just look forward to congestion charging being introduced to every town and city in the UK. :)

I agree, also won't be to long till we get taxed per mile driven, could do it post dated to an mot or owners doc.
