John Tyler, Franklin Pierce, and Herbert Hoover(though he was actually a victim of being elected at the wrong time).
Jimmy Cater. He just fucked shit up... and ofcourse Andrew Johnson for the mass murder of the natives.
Andrew Jackson for the Trail of Tears and setting up pet banks, which led to disastorous consequences in Martin Van Buren's presidency. poor Van Buren, just a simple Pennsylvania man, who just wanted to run the country with just moderate problems. but he didn't get that wish
i'd have 2 say george w. bush....he's 1 of the most assinine beings i've ever heard of...there should be no presidents
George W. Bush without a doubt. He's taken the US Presidency to an all-time low. He's mean, ignorant, inhumane and deceptive. And the scariest thing of all is how many people follow him, and voted for him, and would probably vote for him again if he could run for a third term.
That was Andrew Jackson. And Jimmy Carter wasn't that bad. If it wasn't for the Iran hostage crisis, he would have been re-elected. And I really don't consider George W. Bush the worst. Believe me, lots of other presidents have done worse. LBJ and Nixon kept us in a war where thousands of Americans and millions of Vietnamese were killed for no reason. Also, Nixon blackmailed, lied, and cheated to keep himself in office. Franklin Pierce and James Buchanan, through lackluster treaties and deals, caused the Civil War. Hell, most of the first presidents owned slaves. Ulysses S. Grant caused panic after panic. Andrew Jackson ordered the removal of the Cherokee, resulting in the Trail of Tears. Every president from Grant to Grover Cleveland approved indian reservation enforcement and containment. Reagan sold arms to Iran, and then turned around and sold arms to Saddam, resulting in the death of millions of Iraqis and Iranians. Teddy Roosevelt ordered the construction of the Panama Canal, resulting in thousands of deaths. FDR tried to change the Supreme court in his favor by packing it. Truman dropped the atomic bomb on Japan. Kennedy ordered the Bay of Pigs invasion, a total failure. Believe me, there have been worse presidents than Bush. He's just the first to come to mind. But remember, he will be out of office in three years. After a few years, he will be forgotten.
He'll be out in 2 years, waste. And, no, he isn't the worst president ever....people just say that because he's the easiest target right now. He is terrible, but not the worst. I'd go with JFK.
Myself consider Nixon to be worst, his disastrous realpolitik foreign policy delayed the fall of communism. And he was the one who started the practice of infringing civil liberties, including starting the infamous War on Drugs, a policy which all later president escalated.
Reagan, the many who say Bush Junior are too young or too short sighted to understand the whole range of the idiocy that has been, for the most part with few exceptions, the President of the United States of America.
Although I voted Bush Jr as the worst, MaximusXXX is right when he says Reagan, because it was really Reagan who is responsible for American politics, especially the Republican side of it, being what it is today.
Tough call. I'd say Clinton, Reagan, and Bush Although it's hard to not make Reagan number 1. It's a tough call. And W still has two more years to reach for worst. I would so much rather have a Nixon or a Carter then a Clinton or a Bush. Clintons my number one worst ever though. Though his social politics weren't bad. (not as liberal as Nixons )
Tyler was a pain in the ass to everyone. So was Andrew Johnson. Buchanan didn't do shit about the country falling apart. Of the choices given up there, I would pick Bush, but it's hard to say, a lot of them have fucked things up pretty badly.
I like Clinton, as I do JFK, because those two guys were probably the only two active presidents of both their countries and their bedrooms, I give props for that. No Viagra, like John Doel. LOL
i can certainly think of several worse then any of those mentioned. stonewall (indiginous genocide) jackson, ulisis s grant (probably quite a bit like the current shrubbery, history blames it all on his cabinet, might they have controlled him as is the current case), the hoover who precipitated the great depression. several others. i'm not sure any were as blatantly vacuous as the current, but then in earlier times news travelled more slowely and who knows what they could have gotten away with. tyler who actualy ran on the intent of indiginous genocide. yah there's been a bunch of real slimeballs in that office. clinton's naught wasn't getting a bj but nafta, which at that time didn't look like what it turned out to be. and even with that he was a hero for trying to turn arround the deprivations of raygun and bush one. jfk and carter came the closest of any in my lifetime to being positively worth anything. eisinhour was useless and let mccarthy pull his stunt. bush 2 IS a total jerk. that is to say his policies and his promotion of them are. how much of any of that is even him at all i don't claim to know. i do know pretty much it's the interests represented by the likes of rumsfield and rove that are running things and running them into the ground. i wonder if the president really does run anything or if what we're really voting on is who'se cabinet members are actualy going to. or is it even a matter of wondering at all? =^^= .../\...
I don't see why everyone hates Bill Clinton. so what he is a pervert. did you notice how well the economy was during his terms? bill clinton was a perv but a good politician. which means a lot because hate and would like to kill all politicians
How was Clinton a pervert? Excuse me? Here's some examples of perverts: John Wayne Gacy Michael Jackson John Mark Karr Mormons NAMBLA Clinton is a player.
Abraham Lincoln. No, I am not being a troll. His war against the states is the largest single example of constitutional disrespect in US history.
