It's been said that sex and the workplace don't mix and there;s been enough cases to prove it as well. But what about those instances where it never caused any issues and no one who would shut your world down found out? Including in some cases even a spouse who just assumed their other half was going off for a day of unpleasantness and toiling away against their will. When in reality their workplace atmosphere was a spot on better than their home life was. And a nagging sexual suspicious spouse is the last thing any man wants to come home to. And in cases where the wife has virtually "cut the guy off" and take away his dependacy. for sex hasn't chipped the iceberg .Thank you.

 

I've enjoyed workplace and coworker sex and in defiance of the "rule" that says you should never get involved in this and that's because it always ends badly. Um, not if both people act like adults about it and understand what being discrete means.

In the situations you mentioned, that creates a lot of emotional stress, and a coworker steps up to see what they can do to ease that stress by listening to what's bothering them and, welp, the more the conversation goes along, the greater the chance that sex is going to happen. You're adults. Make an adult decision. Be smart about it and do not let this bleed into the work environment even though it seems that when a "clandestine" office romance appears, everyone finds out about it anyway.

 

Just for the record, my 2nd wife was one I met in my workplace when they hired her to do janitorial duties. We ate lunch together, took breaks, and after work we'd go to her place eat and end up fucking. It only lasted five years tho.
