SO, I just started working out harder again, getting up earlier in the morning and jogging/running, doing stretches and sit ups and such. I always eat really healthy normally, but I'm going to make sure the chocolate (my weakness) is kept to a minimum. I'm not looking to lose weight, but balance my life and get more energy. I recently stopped taking birth control pills and have already lost around 10 lbs just from that alone. Today is the second day of running in the morning and its really kicking my ass! I use to LOVE running and I want to get back to that point where I actually enjoy working out!! Gotta keep going!

So yeah, I guess this thread is going to be accountability to keep myself on track! Any suggestions or advice is welcomed!!!

    best of luck

do what ya love and things will fall in place.

i find logging what ya do for training makes it easier to continue to do. that'd be my suggestion...but if your doing it for enjoyment, you might not need it.

anywho, hope ya keep at it :)

    Thanks for the encouragement! :)
I've been doing pretty good, jogging in the mornings about 3 or 4 times a week. I feel more energized already, which has been great. It's been terribly hot here the past few days, so I haven't been pushing myself very hard but it's cooling down a bit now so i can get back into the swing of things!
