You got flowers because he knows you love getting flowers and because he wants you to know that he loves you while he is away. Surprise "no reason" flowers are the best kind to get. One friday a few weeks ago, I was having a horrible day at work, and he knew it. I was in the lobby of my building talking to our receptionist about a client's appointment and up comes D with a vase full of beautiful pink and white tulips! My whole mood flip flopped and it made my day and my whole weekend great. He looked so cute carrying them up to the door. We got some great men, huh?
Daniel will sometimes pick me up and I'll have roses sitting in my seat in the car. It's the best thing ever. Most of the time they're picked from his mom's garden, but that's the best kind, in my opinion.
i'd bring my wife flowers but she isn't crazy about my bringing home flowers from the cemetery ...what gives????...lol....actually i think if i'd bring her a bunch of flowers she'd wonder what i did that was so horribly wrong that i did to do that ......by the way ..i celebrated my 28th wedding anniversary today ..we went to lunch with my parents and aunt and uncle ..we all celebrate on the same day ...57 years for my parents and aunt and uncle ..the lobster was some good ..lol
if I got flowers from my partner I would be fuming! only because I know he would have got them from his ex girlfriend who happens to be a florist... GRRRRRRR so thankfully, I have NEVER recieved flowers from my man
and what's wrong with him doing that? It's just an ex, unless she's been horribly nasty to you I don't get what's wrong with him dealing with an ex
there have been some huge probblems, and he has abused my trust MANY times over things to do with her and she has done things to me which she herself hated when she was with my partner and therefore , yes there is a problem with it. but this is your thread, and I am very happy for you, the flowers are lovely
aaah k, I was a little confuzzled there. Didn't sound like you to be weird and possessive but I wasnt' aware of bad history between ya'll. I want my boyfriend to be back in town already. Just a few more days, but I miss him!
