I'm so tired of eating the shitty meat offered at the supermarket. I no longer have any desire whatsoever to eat it. However I'm wondering/worried about getting all the protein and nutrients my body needs if I stop eating it. Any suggestions on recipes, great (beneficial) foods to eat, and websites would be much appreciated. Thanks
