    Has anyone successfully came off Effexor XL?
    What symptoms did you have?
    How did you taper off?

    Do NOT go cold turkey off of any SNRI drug... Talk to your doctor, they should have a plan to taper off.

    I wasn't going cold turkey, it was supposed to be with Dr's help. Looks like he reduced meds to fast.
