i have always liked to walk around the house with no clothes on. when i lived at home with my parents i would only do it when they & my brother were out. i've been living with my fiance for 4 years now & i love to walk around our home naked. i normally do it at night after a shower or while i am getting ready to go out & i havent decided what to wear yet.

i'd normally clode all the blind or curtains while walking round the house naked but just latley in a morning i have been going down stairs & wandering round the living room in the buff. i feel a bit strange doing this because across the road from us lives my fiance's mate that he's known since nursary school, but in other ways it feels quite liberating & exciting.

i feel much more relaxed bearing all infront of strangers rather than people i know & people who know my fiance. is this strange?

i love been nude, its much more freeing but i'd much rather people didnt see me other than my fiance.

we are moving house next year & the street we are moving too i dont know anyone who lives across the street or either side of us. i would probably be more inclined to walk around the house naked with out thinking about it but would still probably feel more relaxed with the blinds closed.

do you feel better walking round the house with the blinds closed or dont you mind who sees?

i'd love to get to the stage where i can just walk around the house with all the blinds open, go out in to the garden & not care. i've seen a bloke down our current street walking round his house naked with the blinds open too.

Well i suppose it depends on how the relationship is with your fiances friend. What if he did see you nude? Would he care? would you? your husband?

After all it is our natural clothes.

i am the same way. i am not interested in bearing in front of those i know, but i can be quite the exhibitionist if i am pretty sure noone i know is watching. even more so if i think that there might be other women that get turned and tempted to participate.

I don't think that you want to make your new neighbors uncomfortable when they look out their front window.

It doesn't matter if it should bother them, if it bothers them then it does.

I guess it shouldn’t be a legal problem to run around naked in your own home visible from outside, as long as you don’t perform sexual things that might offend random onlookers. No one is forced to look into your windows if he doesn’t like to see you this way.

But you should consider that some poeple might label you as a bit strange and maybe you’ll have a bad name soon. I think there’s nothing wrong to be naked inside your own four walls, but i guess not all people do think this way.

Of course moving to a new home is a chance to make a beginning in the way you like it.

I use to go naked on my terrace in summer (my front windows are not visible from the street). Only a few neighbours can look onto it, and they don’t mind. Some i asked when i moved in and the others moving in later just found it this way. Not a big deal. As long as you act naturally and nice, it’s accepted. Just my little experience.

I feel uncomfortable walking around naked on the main floor with the blinds open. If I'm upstairs or down I'm fine.
And I to feel more comfortable being naked in front of strangers rather than people I know. Not sure why.

Fortunately, I live in the mountains and our house is far enough away from the road so I don't have to worry about blinds being open or closed. Also, without blinds, you feel closer to nature.

I have done it for years. Most of my neighbors have seen and no one has ever objected.

We leave ours open here at home and the neighbors across the back yard can see in if they want to-if they bother to look, thats their business-not illegal (yet) to be naked in your own house. and yesterday we did a job for a fellow nudist (we do nude house cleaning) and his blinds were open the whole time-didn't bother me and he didn't notice till we'd been there a while, then asked if we wanted them closed-I said no, it's free advertising;)

dont draw the blinds here, i have nets on the big windows so its light but private.

plus i live on the 3rd floor. people would have to work pretty hard to see me walking round naked here.

Might've inadvertently flashed some neighbors while doing a new job t'other day-was really into the work and didn't even notice all the open blinds till later-I closed them the rest of the day so as not to cause him any hassle with his neighbors-people get the wrong ideas when they see others naked, dont know why-maybe a self esteem issue...

If you know people who may not share your enthusiasm for nudity and who may inadvertantly see you nude, then yes, drawing the curtains/blinds is sensible. I do it. I think though social nudity is gaining broader acceptance and that seeing your neighbour making a beaut mocha while naked is more likely to elicit a sort of "well, that's interesting...", rather than a shocked, offended and angry response. My neighbours have seen me in the nude and have never made a scene of it. Don't know about other countries, but in Australia, neighbours "making an effort" to observe their neighbour going about his private life over the fence can be seen at-law to be an intrusion of privacy and subjec to mediation in court. One extreme example is that of woman who lived next to a commited mature-age naturist. She got up on the fence, saw him lying naked on the lounge in the sun, got the garden hose and squirited him. He sued her for aggravated injury, loss of amenity and liquidated damaged. The moral to this story is simple: mind you own business.

Keep the blinds closed, save any possibility of someone calling the police.

When I lived in a textile neighborhood I left the windows uncovered--until someone called the police on me. I was taken in and questioned and sent to a shrink to be analyzed. He decided I had used "poor judgment." I never again left my windows uncovered. Now that I live in a nudist resort, I don't have to worry about it.

I tend to walk around my house naked all of the time. And well, we don't have our curtains up right now. Haha, sooo obviously, they stay open. :) There have been people to see me, but it doesn't bother me. Kind of exciting, really.
