I don't get why everybody loves it. I have the feeling that like a decade ago far less people were into wine, now everybody drinks it everywhere. I can't stand wine or champagne, I insist on having beer on every party I'm sorry I can't recommend any wine
perhaps you can recommend me a nice fruity girly drink than such as a slippery nipple or cosmopolitan???
I'm afraid I avoid all sweet cocktails generally as well (who the hell needs a bunch of sugar in his wodka) Would not recommend them from my own experience. But although breezers etc. were common known girly drinks since they hit the market wine was always an aquired taste or just a way to get drunk. Now (or in the last decade) it seems to become both the new beer and the new breezer. You see people drink champagne everywhere too (it's called bubbles...). I used to think it was only for posh celebrations and new year.
I do like wine on occasion, but I honestly know nothing about it and am not going to pretend to. Beer, on the other hand... I find a good CHEAP wine to be that Australian 'Yellow Tail' wine -- the chardonnay to be precise. That will get you drunk fast.
^yellow tail is nice^ maybe if you dont like the taste as much, try petit serat (think that's how to spell it) or try saki lol, you might like that
two buck chuck from trader joes is actually pretty good for 2.99 a bottle if you're ever low on funds. Its not actually called two buck chuck, its charles something or other. i'm clearly not a wine snob
They just opened a Trader Joe's not far from me. I found it to be overrated. *OK, back to the topic of wine now.
hell,, you could just drink some maddog 20/20 or, some boons farm. shit i just made you a whino didnt i lol
so is this for you or are you trying to get a girl drunk? it's alright for getting drunk quick without having to deal with liquor. plus, you don't need to keep it cold. i've found a box of wine is a great thing to bring on a camping trip.
Its' actually for a male. One of my buddies always lets people come over to his house and drink his alcohol and smoke weed in his back yard etc.. so i try and bring him something each time i go over there and i recently discovered he likes merlot wines. I will prolly have a glass of it though
Yellow Tail, or pretty much any Australian wine will be good. I don't always drink wine. But when I do, I prefer Australian wine.
That is exactly what I would recommend. I am happy with White Zinfandel, which is a semi-dry wine. However, merlot is more just dry. I really like the Cabernet Justin suggested. (and Justin_Hale...I LOVE that u/n. lol ) Also: here is a quick little story about wine. I took a wine tasting class when I was in college. There were only about 7 or 8 of us. There were usually at least 10 bottles of wine. (Sometimes maybe more...I think. ) After we "tested" a swallow and judged the color and how it streamed down the glass and bla bla, we drank the rest! :sunny: I never remembered a THING after the first 10 minutes of that class on Tuesday night for that entire semester. But I still like wine.
i actually had a bottle of yellow tale a few months ago sitting on the counter but not sure where it went
