Windows Photo Editor?

Recently we had our Windows computer 'cleaned up' and it deleted many of my programs. There was a photo editor that came with the computer when I got it, but it got delted. Does anyone know the name of the photo editor that comes with windows when you buy it? I forgot the name but really want to redownload it, thanks!

could even be windows image and fax file editor
you can find that by right clicking the image
if you cant see the editor you can get a preview

Well... erm... any image such as JPEG JPG BMP that can be opened with the fax and image viewer or image previewer

 

ohh right.. well, i dont think ill be able to find out what program it was it used to use..but what are some of the free programs that are good for collaging photos?

 

Gimp for windows is free and as good as any pro package
it was originally for Linux but is now catching up on the windows platform
