When I put in my Win2K setup disk a thing pops up saying the setup feature will be disabled because my currect version of Windows (XP) is newer than 2K; everything else works fine. So then I try to boot from the CD drive and when it says "press any key to boot from cd drive..." I press a random key and it freezes...

    Help? :(

You will need to format your drive or create a dual boot environment, this should be possible when booting from cd, are you able to boot from other cd's?

are you trying to dual boot, or trying to kill xp and put on 2k?

i love a good win98 disk for some dirty fdisking (except for ntfs) and some formatting

im just tryin to make it so i have 2 OS's available

on my secondary hdd i changed it to primary to see if that would work but still didnt, maybe its because i still have some files on that hdd?

i always thought ALL OS installation disks had a option to reformat then install
