Will smoking your hair get you high?

Is there actual THC in the hair of a daily smoker, or is it some inactive chemical that's just indicative of marijuana smoking?

I saw this in some other forum that I probably went to a few times, the thread was fake. No, I really don't think that you can get high off of smoking your own hair, but I have no idea. Does it really matter though?
