Okay I am 15 and 6 foot 2, weigh 210 but my penis is pretty small 5 and a half fully erect but flacid its really small like 1 or two inches will i grow or will i stay this way forever

Mine is only 6 inches erect.... mine used to be 5...I took my friends advice and used bigxplus dot com...it took me about 3 months but then i saw results
