So I have taken 20 mg of dxm at 10 this morning and 20 mg at 6 tonight. I plan on taking 30 mg of hydrocodone tonight around 10-12. Would this be dangerous, I read dxm will interact with opiates, but am I seriously endangering myself? About a year ago I took 400 mg of dxm with 7.5 mg of hydrocodone insufflated and I was fine. So I guess I should be fine, but I'm more cautious now and not quite so wreckless. Go for it or a no go?

From what I've read DXM is really bad for your liver, and most hydrocodone formulations have lots of tylenol in them, so it would be like a double hit to your liver. The opiate in the pill won't have a negative interaction though. And a word of advice; don't sniff tabs

are you taking vicodins? is there tylenol/acetomenaphin/etc in them? if so, i'd perform a cold water extraction on them to get that shit out, as it's awful for your liver/kidneys.

CWE is way easier than it sounds. can take as little as 15 minutes. you just crush the pills, and stir them into some cold water from the tap. not too much water, but not too little.

put the water into the freezer for 10-15 minutes, take it out. wet a coffee filter in some cold water, and then run the mixture through it. make sure to squeeze all the water out of the filter.

repeat at least once more, maybe two. you'll see all the APAP you're saving your liver from, and it'll thank you.

    have fun.

Yea it was fine, although I did notice my heart started being very fast for a while, worse than usual on vics. Actually made me a little paranoid but I lived.
