So my friend was walking along in the woods behind his house and he found all this wild weed growing. Now I've lived with people who ahve grown pot before, and I've helped and eveything. But this makes me ponder. Theres all these wee little plants and a bunch of them have yellow flowers. Now we know that means they're male and we need to get rid of them. But is it possible that they haven't pollenated the females or that the females are not mature enough to be pollenated. We're just wondering if its worth our time to try and grow them. I have a few pics here. Apparently there are a bunch of plants with yellow flowers not shown in the pics. Sorry Bout the big pics dunno how to make them smaller.
hey, i just had a look at the pics of the plants you put up and i have the same thing growing in my back yard. i was so excited to see them about two years ago when my burnout neighbor died. i thought that somehow the seeds had gotten out of his house and into my back yard and there was pot growing. soon, to my disappointment though, i found out it was not real weed at all. i did,a few weeks ago however, find about 150 plants between two secluded corn fields around my house. for the past ten years my neighbors have been telling stories about how all the fields around my house used to be pot farms. i thought it was just a crock of shit. then a few weeks ago my buddy and i were out between two of the secluded fields looking for rocks to put around the pond i just dug in my backyard when my friend said " Is that what I think it is?" i quickly glanced at it and put it out of my mind. "No" I said "couldn't be". then i looked again there they were about 6 feet tall and had big ol' pointy leaves on them. "I love you man," i told him "we are f'ing rich!!" i went to the farmers house and asked him if he knew what was on his land and he said yes. he had a party in 1965 and had a bucket for all the seeds people picked out of their stash and didnt want. he dumped the bucket in that location and since 1966 the plants have been coming up bigger and bigger every year. so the pot farm theory was a crock of shit but he told me if i wanted i could have them. now i just need to know how to dry and cure them at home. i just dont want the people i live with to know what i am up to.
Wild plants since 1966. The story falls down when you start talking about a generous farmer. He would of more likely said 'get the fuck orf my land.' Then shot you in the arse with a big blunderbus.
Hemp does not require culivation. Marijuana does. Hemp does not require fertilizer. Marijuana does. Hemp does not require waterings. Marijuana does. Hemp does not get you high. Marijuana does. I have been growing pot outside for 40 years and I have seen marijuana growing 'wild' once, and that was a few small, scrawny plants growing next to a stream that had thousands of seeds dumped into it. There's no way those plants could've survived long enough to bud and seed and drop seeds and have new plants grow the next year. Hemp yes, marijuana no. No farmer is gonna let strangers come onto his land and help themselves to his marijuana in the 2nd place. Sorry amigo, not going for it. P.S. I hope your story is 100% b.s. If you found a bunch of marijuana growing somehwre, it belongs to someone else, and if you take it that's stealing, and people who steal pot are scum of the earth (it's happened to me, more than once.). And if you steal, people will steal from you. If you steal someone else's pot, I hope you get you get your butt shot full of rock salt.
well first of all i have known the farmer for more than ten years so i am not a stranger. second maybe it is hemp. i wouldnt know i havent tried growing it myself yet. i have help friends but never for long periods of time. the farmer doesnt care if i am on his land that was just the story he told me. so maybe it was bull shit but i just said what i was told. maybe he was just feeding me a line. if it does turn out to be pot i really dont care if anyone believes me but i tmyself thought it to be to good to be true orrigionally so maybe it is. oh well i can find money somewhere else.
