    Ok, here it goes...

It has come to my attention that the barefooting article on Wikipedia needs a little work. The whole point of Wikipedia is to provide factual perspectives on wide range of subjects, just like a regular paper-printed encyclopedia. Does anyone have any ideas on where to get information on things like how the human foot works, and how different societies have dealt with bare feet in daily living over the last 5,000 years?

I suppose I could try the library, but that's a no-brainer. Anyone have any relevant web links? Is anyone a biology major in college? Perhaps one of you read a book that you could recommend.

I'm just fishing for information and leads at this point. Anything factual you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks...
