    Squawkers, I just checked out you gallery (you know, cause I do that) and I think you're just the sweetest lookin' thing ever! So kind and fun looking, I wish you were my mom. No, I love my mom, but I wish you were my CRAZY AUNT! Whooo!

    #5 How often do you excercise? 2 times a week...jog/walking, occasional yoga tape

    #7 Do/have you ever taken diet pills? yes but not for diet purposes...lol

    #1 What was your heaviest weight? Not counting pregnancy, about 140, when I was on Depo Provera and fat as a pig.
    #2 What was your lowest weight-for your height? I was in the low 90s before I got pregnant the first time.
    #3 What is your goal weight? About what I am now.
    #4 How often do you weigh yourself? Not often. Maybe when I am in the doctor's office, and once in a while when I feel really bloated.
    #5 How often do you excercise? I plead the 5th
    #6 Do you go to a gym? NEVER
    #7 Do/have you ever taken diet pills? NEVER, and I never would
    #8 If you could change 1 thing about your appearance what would it be?Nothing, maybe a few inches taller, but I don't care. My kids insist I am a Hobbit. (I am only 5 feet tall.)

    #8 If you could change 1 thing about your appearance what would it be? I would be naturually hairless for ever except on my head and have my eyebrows just stay the way they are after they're waxed hair removals a bitch

    #3 What is your goal weight? Not sure. I want to be muscular, so I will be heavier than most in my size class. Maybe 150-170?
    #4 How often do you weigh yourself? Rarely, once a month, maybe.
    #5 How often do you excercise? Normally, 3-6 days a week. But not much in the last month.
    #6 Do you go to a gym? No, I have a bowflex, a trainer for my bike and a couple of Tae Bo tapes.
    #7 Do/have you ever taken diet pills? No, I watched my mother destroy her metabolism with that stuff. I refuse to do that to myself.
    #8 If you could change 1 thing about your appearance what would it be? I would like to be firmer, will get there.

    depo provera is what did it to me too. I can't believe doctors shot that crap into you. I never ever had to worry about my weight before I took it.

    #8 If you could change 1 thing about your appearance what would it be? I'm gonna have to agree with Lynsey on this one about the body hair. All I really want is my pits, some of my pubes, my eyebrows, and the hair on my scalp.

    My current weight is 145.
    I was 6 lbs 5 oz. at one time.
    For abs, I have a very nice 1 pack.

    -heaviest weight was 225 lbs

    -lowest weight for my hieght is soposed to be around 130lbs, but id have to starve myself to death to get that thin. My lean body mass is around 160lbs. (measured by electrical impedance). When i was 18 I was 175lbs

    -goal weight 180lbs , (curently 200lbs 18% body fat)

    - weigh myself once week, (with daily mirror posings)

    - wieght train 3 times a week, cardio one a week

    -yep I go to a gym

    -never taken pills

    -my fat ass, seriously i have hips and thighs like 40 year old a fat lady, it aint pretty

    - I have the looks of a god, why arnt the girls flocking to me? hmmm, me thinks it must be my fat ass.

    it used to be 180 however I realize that would put me under weight. Realisticly my ideal weight is 205-215

    Right now, I need to fdrop some pounds after a nervous breack down YAY. Yeah 235 is Not cool. Other than that, I'd choose to stop balding

    I think the more important question is "Am i happy with hosw I feel" however, I am very pleased with my appearance minus the excess.
