Why the fuck are we even in this physical reality, it's all fucking nothingness. Even atoms are just empty space. Why the fuck are we here.
But the sad thing is, i don't think many people are learning at all... since birth we are taught to listen to others and not ourselves, only making it easier for the masses to be brainwashed by the endless propaganda spewed but the 'superiors'... 90% of us (at least in the 1st world countries) have learnt nothing besides whats shown on the media
I think more and more are making the shift to a higher level of consciousness. Not too sound too cliche since the whole consciousness aspect has been overrun by media fanatics but it seems people are moving towards the eastern philosophy, astral traveling, collective conscious... All that stuff, it's been around for a while but with the development of the internet, it's becoming readily accessible to the public and generations like myself.
Though everything is empty we still are bound due to our ignorance of the way things actually exist. It is good that you have some sort of understanding of emptiness but don't make the mistake of thinking that nothing exists; nihilism.
Atoms are no more empty space than our solar system is. There IS empty space, but here we are on the bits that are not empty. The energy inside the empty space, electromagnetism, allows us to stand on the earth and pick up a cup. A cup is mostly empty space, and it lets you have a wonderful drink because of this. Maybe the problem is your mind is not empty enough too FULL of "emptiness" and "nothingness"!
Why the fuck is there anything? A EVER-EXPANDING UNIVERSE! Really? WHY?! Why is there random life on this rock in space? Were a bunch of random fucking organisms being random as fuck.
I've concluded that we can't work it out. We don't have the capacity. Thinking about it and researching and comparing.....makes you feel like you're going to spontaneously combust! Find the common thread that runs through science, religion etc and you're in the ball park. I've been stuck here in Balls Park for 20 years and counting....The only conclusion i've reached is to give up worrying about it.
The quest for a reason, the answer to the question why, is a man made concept. The universe and whatever the fuck exists past this universe doesn't owe anyone a reason. It just is.
types of questions like this..."why are we here?" are fun to ask, but difficult to answer. if there even IS an answer, it's too "big" to be understood by our human minds
There IS hope: 1. For you Pre-destination downers: Quantum Physics proves that there is a TON of shit that CANNOT be known/pre-ordained/contrived. (i.e. if you leave a partical alone, untouched, un-acted upon, it WILL be somewhere else in the next moment. Maybe close by, maybe lightyears away but it won't be were you left it.) 2. There may well be a forever. Time is relative. As per E=MC2, Time approaches infinity at the event-horizon of a black whole. Point being, don't count on getting off this ride anytime soon. Never-ever-never consider offing yourself. Just because you don't see the point, dosen't mean there isn't one. Carry on!
