well, one of the counts (other than the molestation charges) is providing intoxicating agents to children (which is alcohol in this case)

He was definetly trying to get the boys drunk so he could have his way with them.

Around here, the only time you hear about people getting in trouble for it is when something else happens to make the cops come around -- noise complaints from neighbors, fight breaks out, etc.

And, well, Michael Jackson definitely did a few things to attact police attention...

 

Yeah, Michael Jackson is a sick fuckin freak. I think providing alcohol to minors is a shit charge for him right now. He should be more concerned about all those little boys he fingered.
