Why do YOU come to hipforums???

I was thinking that perhaps we are all here because of a lack of intelligent conversation within our own circles...
I know this is the case with me, all my friends are fairly 'logical' and dont think too much outside the square, my best friend tends to respond to my thoughts on the world with things like 'yeah...it pays not to think about it too much I guess' and my boyfriend accuses me of not appreciating the country I come from when I complain about the fact that the business roundtable is basically blackmailing our Prime Minister - 'think of how much worse it could be' is his attitude.
Do you feel this way? Are you lonely like I am? I am grateful for this forum, I can complain at my leisure and its amazing, I get intelligent answers back.

Well, I come here to make friends, learn new things, know what other people think, and find people who actually like being a hippie & share my ideas

 

Heehee, I don't exactly know why, I just know I can't stop coming back.

the women here are more likely to show me their stuff than on any other board. its great

 

I came for the food.....so who brought the snacks?

 

I come for the porn, and stay for the lapdances.

I love hipforums!!! I go to 8 forume places. And believe me...hipforums the most open minded, and most confortable and nicest of all forums!!! It's a free speech forum!! In the others I know of everybody's a jerk, and flames and dispises you automaticly if you do something wrong, or say your own oppinion. Hipforums also has the most,and best forums there are. Why? Because it's dedicated to the hippy lifestyle, which matches my tastes.
And there isn't much discrimination here, unlike other places, for the hip lifestyle is an eccentric one. So you're liked for being eccentric, unlike on other boards where everyone hates you if you're just a wee bit different from them.

 

I come for the entertainment.

 

I dont come here.

 

I come because I can find a little bit of everything I ever need to know. The people are extremely nice and friendly and I can't stop coming back after two years.

 

Sometimes I wonder why.......................

I guess I'm a bit addicted. Plus there are many people that I am fond of here as well.............

Im a conversation junkie.. I love talking to people and making friends..I too am slightly addicted .... but I like how I can just state my opinions on here and stuff..its awesome

 

tbh I wouldn't say the place was rampant with intelligent conversation, but you do get some. I suppose I come here becuase there are somelike minded people who post here.
