WHY do OLD Hippies LIKE "George Carlin"?

It's because as a Comedian, he has NEVER gone "Racial" in his material.
He talk about things that matter. Important things. Like,
Not silly shit like what RACE are you!

I like George Carlin because he's funny. And he has discussed race, did you ever hear his routine on what happens when white guys and black guys hang out together? The white guys start talking like the black guys!

I got this in an email:

"George Carlin said it best about Martha Stewart ..

"Boy, I feel a lot safer now that she's behind bars. O.J. Simpson, Michael Jackson and Kobe Bryant are still walking around; Osama Bin Laden too, but they take the one woman in America willing to cook, clean, and work in the yard, and haul her butt off to jail."

Yeah, not to mention we hear almost nothing about Ken Lay (Bush's buddy Kenny Boy, as he used to call him) where billions were swindled. The corporate media really bashed her nonstop while staying silent about Lay.

The Stewart thing was mainly political. She has a feminist, self-empowerment approach that some groups don't like. The fact that she became successful using that approach made conservative groups even more frustrated.

Carlin is not your typical comic. He is a serious liberal iconoclast and not afraid to explore controversial social and political issues.

And just one more: What ever happened to the anthrax killer? The media and govt are totally silent about it.
