Hello guys! For my first post, I want to share with you my own experience regarding CBD and yoga, because I did it some time ago and I have to say that it was incredible! I do yoga because it helps me to improve my concentration and focus. Furthermore, I feel it makes you happier and also aids me in my main athletic pursues (Powerlifting). The first difference I noticed is that, after supplementing with CBD oil, I had an easier time getting into the meditative state. Honestly, it's fairly easy for me, but CBD took it to a complete new level! Second, it allowed me to get into the flow right off the bat. I felt "in the zone" since the first moment of the class. Finally, it allowed me to relieve all the pain on my joints and muscles the day after from all the training of the week and yoga (Saturday). Well that's my experience and why I think it rocks!
Those effects sound appealing. Does it alter your cognition at all? Like do you get short term memory loss like with pot? I've only tried it once and it was basically to test it out. I didn't notice anything significant nor use it to supplement an activity.
I’ve been wanting to try CBD for this exact purpose... Meditation, Sleep, and Yoga if it works for me. I think I have a big problem with the price tho. It’s pretty much the exact same cost as my weed gummies and my thc cartridges. Is there a certain way you feel is best to consume it?
i have tried a couple brands of pure cbd and then decided it's bullshit and has absolutely no value but as for any addition to state of mind it will not
I got some lotion that said it had CBD in at the 99 cent store .It did not seam any different to me , bet its 99 cent store stuff.
