why cant I view youtube videos

I just got my computer fixed and now I can t watch videos online. There is a message saying I havent DL'd the new version of the player - but I did...again and again. And it also says the java might be turned off. When I go to the internet options and try to check/uncheck the java / active X box its all blank.... WTF. I've Dl'd the player and shut down and it didnt work, even uninstalled it and reinstalled and its still not working. I turned off the pop up blocker too. Help I need to listen to Nora Jones!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Did you try to use a different browser?

 

1. Try a different browser
2. Try to download java from a different place (http://www.java.com/en/)
3. Try uninstalling your browser and java. Restart. Reinstall both. Restart.
4. Forget technology and walk around your neighborhood or make a snowman with friends :/

 

lol. yes I did all that aside from making a snowman. took the computer in... plus am just using this old PC with a massive heavy monitor thanks. Hope the desk can take the weight.

 

Do you have Windows? If so, what version (98, XP etc.)

Who fixed your computer?

Have you called Tech. Support?

Hi i wana know I cant watch Youtube video nicely it alwys buffer and sometimes it take so long that i leave the hole thing. Can sum1 help please
