Lt. Nazario incident is an example of dysgenics/reverse darwinism, in my opinion Nazario has better genetics than the cops in that video, a strong fit black man who is a military officer. Its a case of cops coping, hopefully someday there will be police reform and there are not cops that act that way anymore. A White family member of mine, also in the military, was also a victim of police brutality as well.

 

Most became officers while continuing a family tradition, others see it as a calling, while others take the job for lesser reasons, it pays the bills....The majority of the “bad” is usually weeded out at the testing to become an officer, or later during training.
Most officers are on a probationary period for a considerable time, again to remove the undesirable.

We have all seen some officers get past all the screenings. We see them on the news, bad news sells.

So very few honest law abiding people get shot at "traffic" stops that simply say "yes sir, officer, I will comply with your lawful order" and peacefully do what they are asked so the matter is resolved there or downtown with cause. 99.95% of cops just don't pick out cars at random to hassle for fun, especially when everyone has HD video capability in their pocket.

Right, fair or not, it simply could have been done and over with. Yes sir, I will comply with your orders, end of story.

He was being stopped because he broke the law by having blacked out windows - of which, it was very unlikely they could even see in if he were black, white or purple or green. He did not pull over as he should. He had no visible license plate. He made the irrational decision to be a pain in the ass to a bunch of police, just to grandstand, itching for confrontation.. Just because you are in fatigues, that makes you instant good guy? They don't know who or what the hell he is at that point, only evading and combative and breaking the law. Did he think if he argued with them, they're going to change their mind and it would end well? You have no idea of what these cops have to put up with with shit bags all day, not to mention the drugs and thugs that go from interstate 95 to DC on this stretch in similar vehicles. Any guy could have a weapon in his lap. He could have simply gotten out when asked, been issued a valid $100 ticket, pledge to make his car legal, and gone home - they probably would have even let him go with a clean record and him being in the service. Everything is on video. This is not 1950's Mississippi where the cops were having a Saturday night lynching. No cop today, would have done anything more than a ticket after running his license and his plate with him out, hands on the car.

So, should they have just let him walk? Just drive away? So he could possibly reach in and pull a pistol? Could be a stolen vehicle with no plates. Temporary plates are meant to go in the plate area and are good for 30 days, get the hell to the license plate bureau and get a real plate. Is it safe and rational to drive with 50% window tint? No, that is why it is illegal.

Yeah, it must suck to be a black man today, but come on, the more shit that happens like this, the longer it will go on.

I got pulled over on a dark stretch of road in a scary area for having a bad tail light. Nobody got pepper sprayed. I pulled over and got out when he asked. One cop white, the other black. 99% of traffic stops go this way.
