So i heard that hbwr seeds contain loads of bad chemicals that can cause vasoconstriction and gangrene. If hbwr seeds are taken sublingually will that get rid of the bad chemicals that can cause vasoconstriction and gangrene? Cause taking it sublingually makes nausea barely noticeable so something bad most be getting blocked.

The seeds arent bad, health food stores sell them in capsul form to get rid of your bodies toxins. I dont know where you heard about is causing gangrene but that is a lie.

I think the vasoconstriction part is true though, I've eaten Morning Glory seeds before and it was pretty noticeable. I would figure the same is true about HBWR seeds.

The vasoconstriction is definetly a fact, I get painful cramps and coldness in my arms and legs when I take them. After last time, my legs were a bit fucked up for weeks after, hurting if i stayed in the same position too long etc.
I dont know if taking them sublingually would stop that, I've never tried it.
Presumably they COULD cause gangrene in an extreme case, since gangrene is just a complete cut off of blood supply to somewhere (I think?)
Theres always a fair bit of nausea at the start of the trip too, so for me....the negatives outway the positives, I dont think I'll be taking them again.

I find doing a cold water extraction with the seeds reduces vasoconstriction issues.

I've always used the cold water extraction method, and the vasoconstriction was just too bad....verging on being dangerous.
Its probably just something about me personally though, maybe I naturally have slightly thinner veins and arteries, I dont know.

How many seeds are you using? generally ill use ten for a cwe & have found i get next to none of the vasoconstriction issues compared to eating the seeds straight up.

The one issue i do find with doing a cwe is that i seem to lose the euphoria side of the trip.

The most I've tried was 8, and I still got some amazing euphoria at the start and end of the trip. Its a real shame about the vasoconstriction, if it weren't for that, it'd be a really amazing plant for me!

Vasoconstriction is awful. I would say that HBWR has given me the most amazing euphoria AND worst agonizing pain of any drug. If you have an injury at the time of dosing when it wears off the tightening of the blood vessels will result in agony to that area. For me it was my back after surgery.

I think I'v been lucky with my two experiences with HBWR so far and havn't felt any of the vasoconstriction, or at least noticed it (I know that they do indeed cause it though). The first time was with 9 seeds, second time 8 - Both just chewed, let sit in mouth then swallowed. The nausea the second time was a bit worse than the first but nothing too bad. It's intense but I know it will pass and it's just a matter of waiting it out. Neither of these times I've vomited either. Within an hour or so the nausea passed and it was pure pleasure from then on.

Though I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but these have been with GREEN seeds. At this stage they're still soft and green before the stage they've dried out and turned brown.

Has anyone else tried with green, unripe seeds that can compare them with the dried pods that are the usual go??
