Nobodies at fault, it's just a sensation. Point wasn't to blame but to make people slightly more aware of the faults of "social" media..

    Chill your bean :p

How funny, when I read the thread title, the first thought in my head was "the internet and social media crap"

people are lonley cuz humans are prone to that emotion.

I think American/western culture is a bit scared and confused about empathy and quick to jump the gun on labeling people needy in a social sense. This in turn probably adds to loneliness.

Then again there's many kinds of people and everyone socializes differently, but it's almost always other cultures, eastern african/warm places where I find the opposite to be true. (and I prefer. Just much easier).

that last line in the video was a bit weird lol

other than that I do agree with the problem that online social networks create.

I hope to one day move to somewhere where there are more hippies... the reason I focus on online a lot is because I find I am an unusual person and so only click with a relatively small percentage of people. Online I can find that percentage way, way easier!!

Problem is they tend to be quite scattered across the globe ._.

I also suspect I may feel lonely because I think more like an Italian than a Brit. I'm looking into that o_O

    Well said.

I think more like a Californian, I suppose than an anywhere else I've ever lived before. Anytime I'm living in CA I seem to barely use the social media stuff.
