When a baby throw a temper tantrum, we don't blame it. It's a baby. When it cuts itself with a knife, no one should've given him the knife. If he shoots someone, why on earth did someone ever give him a gun? But when he does something like commit fraud by exaggerate the size or net worth of his property. Or incite insurrection, you can't blame the baby. And it's hard to blame the 60 million people who voted for him in 2016. Maybe we should just have an IQ test or mental competency requirement for president?

It can be done. We would just have to amend the constitution.

Perhaps the same test for the electorate. ;)
In my opinion, the weakest link in a democracy is the electorate.

Just who was harmed by exaggerating the size and worth of those properties? Not Deutch Bank who made the loan and received an additional personal guarantee from The Borrower. Who ever gets brought up on these charges anyway; for commonly stating inflated values on non-subject properties?
They were looking for just anything to charge Trump with.
