Every rapper talks that street shit, but who do you think is really about it? or at least was before they made it.

IMO Styles P is bar none the most gangster rapper since biggie himself.

I really dislike 50 Cent but I have to admit he DID really have the rep in his hood. Of course he can never go back to his hood because he snaked motherfuckers over... he's a crummy person but can't dent he's been involved in some serious gangster shit in his life.

    Who else is out there?

not like I'm talking to a dead ass forum here....

I know a guy locked up for distribution that was a rapper =P

Being street doesn't get any rep with me; I don't really give a shit or see what it has to do with mic skills.
Repping the street when your Vanilla Ice, or getting some tear tattoos when your Wiz Khalifa is pretty funny though...

I think Master P is way more gangster than Styles P in rap; but I dunno anything about their real lives.

I always thought State property was legit. If you don't know theose are the philly boys who were signed under Jay-Z back in the day.

here are some examples of real thug shit. Don't judge. Listen and learn.

I was having this argument, if you could call it that, with someone and they said something about all rap sounds the same. That just pisses me off infinatly. I'll listen to two rappers of the same style and like.. they're worlds apart.

Rap haters piss me off, I really think it's a PC undercover racism. They're just so quick to judge such a vast span of culture as being ignoriant and worthless... I swear to god these hardcore anti-rap people are racists who are ashamed to admit it.

The history books are gonna prove me right on this one. lol

Well I brought up that exact same point, but those conversations ALWAYS find a way to digress to race, onc the preamble is out of the way.

Edit: And I like that track

neither biggie nor styles p are/ were in gangs so im assuming your asking which rappers are/ were involved in the most criminal activity. And styles P really does not hustle anymore. Here is a list of 'gangster' rappers who are successful, have sold weight of heroin or coke and have actually killed people.

    1 cam'ron
    2 french montana
    3 tupac
    4 gucci man
    5 snoop

Styles P is a great lyricist but all the bars about murder are exaggerations to say the least. Same with BIG.

T.I. - not that i really care that he sold drugs, but you can tell in his lyrics and demeanor that he really hustled

Can you prove that Snoop and Dre weren't in gangs and didn't kill anyone?

Not many rappers are too open about it and that's how you separate the men from the boyz......in the hood. :p
