LINK Teenage girls make a pact to get knocked up in HS, are upset if test comes back negative. 30 miles outside of Boston so not in the south. Hey Fitzy, you been busy latley?
They should have said they were doing it for the environment, people would probably have supported them...
yea, its been all over the news here. the story goes further than just the girls getting pregnant. 2 top health officials (medical director and chief nurse practitioner) for the school resigned earlier in the year - they supported giving contraceptives to students...they probably figured something was up with more girls coming in than normal...so they resigned over it when the hospital they worked for put up resistance.
I would love to know his level of education and if his major was in psychology, is he certified and are these his patients or just comments he made to make them look bad? I really hope they seek a class action lawsuit against the school for his comments if he is found to be slandering there character.
i actually found it pretty funny they made an actual pact....yea, lots of problems...but also pretty fucking funny to me
They should make this into Stand By Me 2.. Pacts never die..Viva-la-Babies! I still say the whole doing it to stop global warming would be a dramatic turnaround with people, they would be praised... If they want to go have babies then good luck to them and their glorious pacts, those are truly some BFF's...
Strange there's no mention of the Gloucester High School Girl Pregnancy Pact in the Gloucester Times Only the overall rise in teen pregnancies (but of course it has nothing to do with the fact that it’s summer and Cape Ann which includes Gloucester and Rockport rely on the tourist trade) http://www.gloucestertimes.com/ Hotwater
