Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls.
Russ Meyer's drug-drenched, sex-soaked parody of "Valley of the Dolls"

I enjoy this flick. Plus Strawberry Alarm Clock performs "Incense and Peppermints" which is a cool trippy acid tune

Beyond the Valley of the Dolls is some good late-night viewing. Z man is a hoot, and the music is awesome. (That Lynn Carey really had a great vioce. To bad she never became anything.)

Disappointing to see no ladies responded to this. Anyway, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls is awesome. I wouldn't call it a parody of VOTD though. It even says at the beginning of the movie that it has nothing to do with that film. The only reason they referenced that was because the central theme was 3 young ladies in show biz who get wrapped up in their own particular dangers of the business. There was one scene though were one of the actresses, I can't remember which, says something about "I need my dolls" but it's one of those things that's so quick you don't even notice it. Lynn Carey did have a band called Tiger Milk(or maybe that was an album title) and one of their album covers featured her topless, breastfeeding a tiger cub(Tori Amos ripped off that idea some 20 years later on one of her albums).

Why did you only include four RM titles in the poll?

Anyway, what I'm here to ask is: Where is John Furlong in Vixen & Supervixens? He's listed in the credits of both films, but no matter how closely I watch those films, I can't find him. He totally stands out in Mudhoney & Common-Law Cabin, so I know who to look for. Where does he turn up in Vixen & Supervixens?
