Who here hates their country?

Well , apart from a few things , I really have contempt for mine.

A relative of mine is magistrate( ie sends normal people to jail for minor shit).They had a doo ( dinner) held at the local private school , hosted by some "Lord Sheriff" , "Lord Chancellor" and a whole load of other unsavoury upper class vermin.
These are the people that decide some person with no money should have no lawyer and be sent to jail for not paying a fine etc

I just find Britain an archaic joke.Really its 3 groups:-

1)upper class- disdainful ,gay , runs *everything* due to inheritance and cronyism ,genetically inbred and very stupid

2)Middle class- shallow dinner party throwers , obsessed with having the cleanest car , most mown lawn , or costliest replacement windows

3)working class- will either try and stab you after a night out.
Or rob your car.
Or blow you up on the Underground , being completely incapable of speaking English - despite having lived here over 20 years.

Anyway , rant over.Who hates their country and why?

I was actually very close to moving to America ( much as I like to diss the place infront of MamakC )

I'd have felt really uncomfortable in the Bush era and in places outside the main (non Southern )cities.
Dont really have any passion to live there now tho..

But I think many Americans are staggered at how bizarre alot of Britain is , when they *live* here , as opposed to visit.

 

I love my country, but I have the most contempt for its people...Its been on the downhill since 1952. I wonder when it will hit rock bottom, shouldn't be too far away.

 

I like my country. I like being a Kiwi. I just hate the rich fucks that voted National in as our government! Now the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Thanks dickfaces!
And we're stuck with them for four years!

we're actually more liberal as a nation than we let on for a while there. the liberals just smoke too much weed too get out and be heard.

i think a number of US cities would shock you, too. i would really love to live in the UK for a while, as well as a couple other european countries. i am good with romance languages.

 

I think I'm pretty good with my own version of romance language.
(Altho it does get me a slap around the face sometimes...)

If I wasnt American or British/other European , I think America might be more attractive for an immigrant.But the place does seem unsettling in some ways.Like National Anthems and prayers at the end of the day in banks etc...

Altho we have "minutes silences" in the street when some parasitic 110 year old "Royal" finally snuffs it ...

Now where can I move...?Always fancied my *own* country...

I think Britain is a great country, great food, the best beer in the world, whisky, pagan roots, shitty weather though... I just hate the cunts who are running it, and the idiots who vote for them.

 

I love my country with all of my heart, but i hate the people who are in charge of whats happening in here. I hate the politics, i hate them lying bitches always stealing never doing anything good fort this place/

well actually when i was born communism here was changed by democracy and i cannot really know what the real deal was and my politicial inteligent is real low, but we were developing more then than we are now.There wasn`t so much corruption, killing and drugs and all. It was shitty in a way coz they wanted u being a working class machine literally. my grad-grand mother told me many things and it doesn`t sound like they were free people back that but at least they had a better life standard.

 

Hmm.I always remember my grandmother leaving her camera on the Moscow Communist underground.It was still there the following day to pick up.
But my friends went to Bulgaria /Russia in the 90s setting up businesses said crime was a nightmare - with pics in newspapers of unidentified shot people pulled out of the river etc...

The Western press always say " oh all the people in Eastern Europe love Capitalism and its soooo much better".
But I dont tend to believe our press- they just say things for their own agendas

Well with Britain , what I hate about it , is things that were always that way.But people are so spineless.No wonder the French call us the "Marionettes" ie puppets...

 

Bulgaria is an extremely beautiful place. Its high quality experience to be in the mountains.....but please stay away from the hoods haha, no seriously i mean in the town just sucks. its dirty and shitty and u never now what crazy mother fucker is going to try and kill u, rob u and whatever

 

where do people come up with this shit? ive lived here my whole 44 years of life and have visited over 40 of the 50 states and have never even heard much less witnessed such a thing.

granted there may be some bank in bum fuck kansas that has a prayer at the end of the day,, but "banks" plural as if its common practice?? i dont think so..

maybe these rumors get started to discourage folks from coming here??

as far as my country,i love the principals it was founded on,i love the land.
what its society and government has become,not so much...
