Sitting here eating cheddar cheese and crackers, my supper tonight...and was thinking about how much I love cheese.....all kinds....I was thinking about limburgher cheese and how badly that shit smells...but boy, is it good. Have not had it in ages....

I really like sharp cheddar...swiss cheese, blue cheese and romano. Do you have a favorite cheese?

My favorite is probably Havarti, though these days I seem to have a major addiction to these buffalo wing cheddar cheese curds which are made here in Western NY. I am also partial to the grass-fed Dubliner cheese that Kerrygold makes. I am a huge lover of cheese, and it fits in nicely to my keto diet.

there is many private or independent cheese makers in your neck of the woods......why would you eat that mass produced factory stuff when the good stuff is so easy to get?

its like saying you love pasta and are currently enjoying some macaroni from the box?

i'm lucky to have 2 of the best in Ontario right up the highway....I like the white extra old cheddar and junior loves the marble cheese

Yes, Adams Fair Acres here sells much cheese from exotic places and NY and places...local stuff, as wel. I do love their bleu Cheese...but for some reason, I have always been stuck on CB white sharp cheddar....

I like Finlandia swiss very thinly sliced.

I love the store Adams. Need to get some apple cidar there soon....

    I love cheese! [IMG]

I love them all, mild (mozzarella, unrefined cheddar cheese curds, brie, goat, etc.) or strong (aged cheddar cheese, especially with porto, blue, gouda, etc.).
