Who Are the Local Artists in your State?

Who are the local artists in your state? Do you support your local artists?

 

Well theres alot of awesome music coming out of minnesota of all genres... but since this is the hip-hop forums... we got.... Brother Ali... Eyedea And Abilities... thats really all that i know for hip-hop... dont really go to hip-hop shows... or listen to much of it anymore

 

Here in the Orlando Area, we have Solilaquists of Sound, and the Insomniac Music Label, which brought the latest Viktor Vaghn (MF Doom) and Dr. Nogatco (Kool Keith) albums. Insomniac magazine also recently released a DVD called Street Credentials, and is working on a sequel. Good things are happening down here.

All are very local, and yes i support them all cause they know how to make some music and they have something to say.

 

Classified is the only one i can think of from this area at the moment although there are others.. I know theres lots more that have come and gone too..
