But least understood
Who am I?
A silent cry in the dark
The truest form of would
Who am I
The volcano's raging heart
The river's stillest pool
Who am I?
The flower's sweetest bloom
The earth's most bitter root
Who am I
The fury of the thunderhead
The quiet of first rain
Who am I
A quest of serious thought
Wasting of the day
Who am I
The child of tranquility
The creator of action
Who am I?
All these things I am
Yet none have I been
To hold rigid
To the answer
Is the greatest sin.
