Don't worry, Harley. I can actually see how you thought this could've been the place to talk about people's love for motorcycles. I mean, this IS "LOVE and sex" forum, so...

But I believe there is a forum more appropriate for bike talks than this one here. And I apologize for laughing, if you were offended.

Actually, for those in rubber mounted Twinkies who miss the shake-your-lady aspects of the Knucks, Pans and Shovels, there's a company called Viberider who makes a seat with a vibrator in it that will shudder in time with the engine.

Did you ever take notice the guys that can't afford a Harley are the first ones to put them down. When you call them on it, they say, "Well NO, I never had one but my buddy had alot of trouble with the one he had". Yea...right. As far as I'm concerned, any other bike doesn't even exist. [1987 Softail Custom (Rider) 2003 Road King Classic (Show)] Need I say more?

 

I bought a new Sportster in 2001 and I still owe more than it's worth.

I do ride a Harley, but I'm not wedded to it.

I like it, I ride it, for ME it's the most enjoyable bike I've ever ridden, though I spend MUCH more time fixing it than I ever did with the much better and ruggedly built Hondas I used to own.

Honda DOES make excellent bikes and Yamaha makes a Harley copy (pushrods and all) that is pretty cool.

Ride what you want to ride. Some people want a Harley others a Hayabusa. Depends on riding style, riding philosophy, etc.

I wanted something not only to tinker with but that required tinkering. As a result I now know how clutches are put together, etc.
