for those polytheists among us, who do you honour? the primary gods and goddesses i honour are: gaea the greenman artemis poseidon
i honor the goddesses Folger and Coffeemate as well as the goddess known as Mary Jane and occasionally i worship a god called Johnnie Walker Black
My higher self. Since I realized separation between self and others is an illusion, and that we create our own reality, I stopped worshiping "gods". I now see them as one facet of my higher self instead of being entirely different and separate entities.
Gaia- Our dear dear Mother, daily provider, Earth be her name Now a question, what significance does the moon hold to you and what is the significance of the full moon, the new moon, the waxing of the moon and the waning of the moon?
The Moon tells me when the time is right. In ceremonial magick phases of the Moon are considered very important, as they influence cosmic energies. I can also say, just by looking at the sky, when about I'll ovulate and when my period will be. Waxing Moon: energies are rising, good for anything you wanna see grow (love, prosperity, health, etc.) Full Moon: energies are at their peak, good for anything you wanna see succeed brilliantly (career, projects, marriage, etc.) Waning Moon: energies are going down, good for anything you wanna see decreasing or leaving (break-up, weight loss, exorcist, etc.) New Moon: energies are null, though this phase is recommended for divination, summoning bad energies (think black magick and such) and for new starts, as a new Moon cycle is starting.
Yahweh, Ashera and Yeshua off the top of my head. I also feel a strong bond with Lillith, though I don't really know why... I like the Egyptian pantheon, too. Anubis, Bast, Hathor (who is basically the same as Asherah). I'm pretty open-minded. Maybe I'm a religious whore. I'll pray to anybody, baby, but I know who my daddy is... Okay, I'm a little drunk. I stand behind what I've posted. I just lack the tact to verbalize it, right now.
Ah well, never mind (now you do know that Joseph of Arimathea took the chalice of Christ to the much more ancient sacred site of Glastonbury) Nice to see you comment on this topic I look forward to commenting on those posts upon the site that you favour - after all "we are stand together" for a faith of respect, tolerance, peace and Love I think Gaia (as Peaceman7000 states - "Our dear dear Mother, daily provider, Earth be her name") stands out there
