Where's the justice

It's been a while since i started noticing the major advantage women have in the most varied situation. I just want to post this thread to get some feedback. So, basically i think women have too many advantages. Let me develop.

It is common knowledge, that when you're in an job interview, image is a sustancial advantage to get it. It's has been cientifically proven, no kidding, that beautiful people, especially women, are more likely to get the job.
What is more, job interviewers are majorly men .

Secondly, women grow up faster, and therefore are more disciplinate at an earlier age than men. Consequently making them better students due to the fact that they're more responsible.

Which brings me to the next issue, a very disturbing one btw, because i've already posted 2 similar threads. Women being more mature, can be appealing to older guys, same age guys and younger ones obviously, so basically they can have whatever man they like, not like us, that can only look for younger chicks.

Last but not least, i consider men being more sexual than women, that's why men get blackmailed by pussy everyday. Lol.

In conclusion, women have more chances to get the job and a wider variety of men to choose from. (Is my grammar correct??? I'm hispanic...)

Meh, I think you're just buying into sterotypes, maybe when it comes to finding your own personal secretary or something, but in most jobs the person hiring people is going for who ever is going to be the best at what job that needs to be filled. It's image, not beauty, employers want to see someone who looks clean and responsibile.

I don't buy that better student part either, how good a student you are is your own choice, and by the time it really begins to matter at 8-9th grade, both girls and boys are full steam into puberty.

Who says you can only look for younger chicks? I've gone out with girls older then me, and my best male friend goes out with a girl older then him, and my female friend goes out with a guy thats younger then her.(we're talking about 1 1/2 year and 2 1/2 year age difference with their parters, so not that much, but then again when you're between 16-19 a few years makes a difference)

And I don't know about you, but I don't get blackmailed by pussy every day, jeez how horny you can get.

I completley agree and you know what? It's wonderful! Although sometimes there are disadvantages too, like being physically weaker, men who have low self-esteem taking it out on you because they know they can never get you, getting paid a little less for the same job, jealous females-especially in jobs.
I think both sexes have their advantages and disadvantages but the cool thing about being a woman is that you can flirt your way outta anything-even with other women most of the time. Flattery will get you everywhere.

 

I disagree, most of these companies want people whom they think can get the job done fast and at a negotiable salary rate. Unless ofcourse, you are applying to some secretary job, then sorry buddy women do have a higher advantage than you because of how they look.

lol yea right, Let me tell you what goes on within their minds: "Do I look fat?" , "does this outfit look right with these shoes" , "What is she wearing , did she sleep in those?" and "why is he staring at her more than at me" . They are constantly self obsessed and you know what else? they continuously think about what other people are wondering about them, it is as if the entire world is only revolving around them. Trust me man, you don't call that mature. Also, most women feel secure only when there is a man around them, have you ever heard the phrase "its so good to have a man around"?

yea , they can have any guy they want, mostly guys who could care less what happens to them, he has the capacity to just impregnate her and screw up her life, while he just moves on. Happens everyday, even right now.

dude, all of this is just very far from reality. A woman who has a "wide variety" of men to choose from gets pregnant very soon. This will make her compromise her professional life even if she is an expert in her field, she will never move up the corporate ladder as fast as a man can. Her household responsibilities /Child care responsibilities sometimes make her an unattractive candidate for companies in general.
The reason for all of this? - Simple, Human anatomy.

Chicks are pretty dumb. But as this thread has so amply proven, they're no dumber than your average guy.

The problem (for both sexes) is two-fold:
a)everybody thinks they are smarter than they actually are and
b)everybody thinks they are representative of their gender.

Objectivity is a hard pill to swallow.

*And yes, I know I'm making huge generalizations. But when you're as smart as me, you get to do these kinds of things.

 

1)You can only get pregnant if you're an irresponsable bitch.
2)Beauty is a psychological advantage, interviewers don't look specifically for beautiful chicks to hire, they just unconsciously think they're better candidates. Never underestimate the power of beauty and image.
3)As for the weakness issue, well, i like being stronger, faster so on and so forth. But to make money, you don't need that.
4)Well, being stuck with a kid, or getting pregnant really sucks, i'll have to agree on that one.

 

Does anyone watch Jay Lenno or Connan Obrien on Tv? I forget which show it is on but one of them has a segment called "peiere bernards recliner of rage" and the man goes off on a rant about what he is angry about that day???
