my name's alaina and i think i was supposed to be named after some soap opera chick, but the name is kinda modified i think. i'm not really sure. i could be totally wrong.

well, it was just my dads turn to name a kid. my mom got to name my sister, so.. he got to name me. My first name was originally going to be Gabriella, which my mom came up with. But, alas, it was my dads turn. So, I got Shelly as my first name, and Gabriella as my middle...

 

hmmmmmm... yeah, well... it's very easy on here... people in general probably give a little too much information when you consider there are the personal details and the photo galleries etc etc. Is unlikely I guess, but there is a risk

My mother decided that French names with lots of letters sound classy, so I was named Jacqueline. Ironically enough, my dad wanted to name me Roxanne.

 

Bah, damn Snow(den)/Huffman/Booker/Vaught family and their names. They allllllways take really old names... I was named after my grandfather, as was my dad. My cousin was named after some ancestor who lived in England/Scotland, and another cousin was named after a Great-Great-Great Grandmother... etc. Everyone is really picky about recycling old names.
