As much as I can love this place, Ive been here all my life and would like to eventually live somewhere else for a while, but eventually come back here. And Id go to NYC.........hey, if I can make it there....
If I could live anywhere in the world, regardless of visas, money, or anything else, I'd probably live on the Irish coast. Beautiful.
Los Angeles. That's where I want to move and that's where I'm moving as soon as I turn 18. Other places I've considered are Miami, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Orlando. I need the warm weather and the big city.
I'm back home living with the 'rents but as soon as I can afford a car, and finish up a pre-aprenticship program I'm movin out to Vancouver Island to live with the mountains and the ocean
i used to know where i wanted to live. i wanted to live there my whole life. however ever since august i cannot imagine stepping foot in that place...ever. kinda sad but i cant change it. i guess... hiawii
I would love to live in a beach house in Orange County or maybe Ventura if their climate is warmer than I experienced. I am also very fond of Napa Valley. If they find out my illness is serious and I need medical leave I'm going to convelese with friend In Napa until I'm better. Home's too chaotic to get better with my dogs howling all the time and the phone.
not entirely sure... Ireland sounds beautiful, but I haven't been to visit yet, I'd need to get to know the culture a little better before I moved there otherwise, either Toronto or Portland Oregon. Probly TO, cuz I do like Canada and the whole health care thing
why not somewhere in BC then? tons of places there with the Portland kinda vibe, Nelson would be wicked
yeah, but BC is horrendously expensive. and awfully full of fakes, at least van and vic were when I visited them a while ago. I like Toronto a lot, it's so lovely. I mean, it's expensive too but not quite as bad as BC, as far as I recall
I live in the sister city - Portland, ME and its quite nice, I hope to stay here for awhile. I can't honestly answer the question though. I love to travel and live in new places. This is the eleventh state I've lived in. The only place that's honestly on my list that I haven't lived at (within the the states) is Asheville, NC. I love it there.
I would really love to live on a wooded acreage in northeast Saskatchewan, about 25 minutes from a town with a popuation of 1000 people. Large enough for a grocery store, schools and hospital, but small enough that people are individuals and not a faceless mass.
I agree, only I need a bit more warmth than any place in Canada can offer. I think I would like to live in a rain forest somewhere.
I would totally do the rainforest thing... except I tend to piss myself every time I see a snake. HUGE irrationational fear of snakes. My second choice is an island off the coast of the Phillipines... in a tree house. But I would have to find a way to pull a Saint Patrick on the island before I could sleep without python-fear.
aha, one of my friends has a huge irrational fear of water. yeah, in the bridge city she's actually ok, as long as she's in a vehicle and doesn't look out windows while on the bridge, but she can't deal with boats or ferries or anything. Poor girl.
