When Referring to Hipforums IRL

does anybody else do that?
like someones talking about a trip or something and you're like
"oh I heard it's really great."
"from who?"
"this guy.. my uh friend.."

 

Haha, yep. Depending on who I am talking to I tell them it was someone from a forum, or tell them it was someone I know.

 

on occasion i'll mention that i "saw something on the internet."

rarely does anything of relevance to real life come up on any of the forums i use though.
