do you groan because you know something horrible must be looming?

or do you expect that more fantastic things are going to happen because good stuff attracts more amazingness?

    or are you in between?

I'm none of the three. Maybe inbetween, but I TRY to convince myself and others that it's like the stock market and once it's broken the plane it'll get better and better for a while.

But usually it crashes on me early and everybody gives me the "I told you so" bullshit.

Its usually right when i realize things are going good for me that something shitty happens soon after.

i always try to expect even better things to come, and extend my run of "good luck" as long as possible by disallowing negative thoughts. it's fun to play with, haha!

When you think you're 100% happy and everything's going well, put a stone in your shoe !

When I'm geuinely 100% happy, I'm too busy being happy and living the moment to worry about what may happen. I will have plenty of time to worry about that when/if it happens.

perhaps my definition of fantastically well is different, cause things are fantastic a lot of the time, even when seemingly bad shit happens.

like last week, i got a nail in my tire and had to buy a new one. sounds bad, right? well, because i had to shell out that $$, i didn't have the money to pay for something i was going to do that would have ended badly anyhow. so it was a good thing.

lol... does that make me an optimist?
