When did you learn about drugs?

5th grade, DARE. Those videos of kids smoking weed and having these scary out of this world hallucinations made me want to try drugs.
DARE is what first made me want to try drugs, how ironic.
Plus, we didn't even get any shirts

 

I don't recall ever learning about drug use. We did have some convicts from the local penitentiary come into school. I think it was meant to scare us into not committing crime. The only problem was all the convicts ended up being quite pleasant and nice.

 

6th grade VIP... covered everything from vandalism, sex and drugs lol

Not really how I learned about them, I have a big family and didn't live in the cleanest neighborhoods growing up. My brother schooled me though, something like "pot good, pills bad"

 

i learned about drugs when i was really little my dad used to smoke joints in front of me and call the 'snale' cigarettes. then my brothers got me high when i was 9 years old then i went to DARE then it was pretty much all down hill after that, i've don't more drugs than i care to announce, however i've cut just about all bad habbits since i got prego and had a daughter, now it's just beer, weed and every now and again a pain killer.

 

The people came to our school today.Later after that this girl walked up to m,e and said,"Did you know if you smoke pot,your baby will be an addict?"

I said,"samantha, that's bullshit,the baby might have brain damage, but its not gonna come out wanting to smoke."

She says i'm only saying that cos I'm the pregnant stoner.

WHICH I AM NOT, EVEN IF I WAS I WOULDNT SMOKE.

Some people beleive everything they hear.....

 

Your friend is stupid. Pot has no more adverse affects on a baby than cigarette smoking and I've seen plenty of women who refuse to stop lighting up while they're baking their bun.

 

we had DARE in 4th grade
but it wasn't how I learned about drugs
I had a friend whose momma was addicted to coke
so yeahh

 

AND SHE DOSNT EVEN SMOKE!That proves another myth wrong!
