When did you know you were getting old?

My body feels exhausted. My hip has started to hurt for some reason.. Sometimes I forget exactly how old I am I stopped celebrating birthdays for the most part a couple of years ago..

I have this 3 gallon blue plastic bucket I use for a stool when I'm working on something low. One day I went to get up and couldn't without pulling myself up on something. After 30+ years of using that bucket I've had to retire it.

a couple years ago, a cute young thing i was flirting with pointed out my first gray hair. it's been all downhill since then.

 

When I was a preceptor and instructed the young hopeful on giving injections. "You must always read the label to verify the route of administration. Hmm... That's odd. I don't see it on the label."
"Here it is," she said, "It says, 0.5mL IM or SQ."
"Wow! When did they start writing these things in such tiny print?" I asked.
