How many people eat wheatgrass regularly? I get it in the organic section in safeway almost every time I'm there. I just chew up the wheatgrass, swallow the juice and spit out the used grass. I can notice the benefits, I feel more energy at all times now, I feel smarter, getting more fit. I highly reccomend it.
I haven't seen it in too many places around here, but will try it next time I see it. What's it taste like?
It tastes good actually, kinda sweet. Not like it tastes really good but its definately not bad tasting. Just try to imagine what grass tastes like lol its probably not even as bad tasting as that though.
